Meet Dr. Cefalu

Jeremy Cefalu, M.D., is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at EyeCare Associates of East Texas, serving patients in Tyler, TX. He specializes in cataract surgery and glaucoma management including surgical intervention.

Dr. Cefalu attended medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, Shreveport. He completed his internship in internal medicine and residency in ophthalmology also from Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport as well. He completed his glaucoma fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

He has been in Tyler since 2018 and is an established member of our community. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his family.
