Dr. William “Bill” Bryant is an optometric glaucoma specialist, who also provides routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, and treatment of eye diseases.
He received his undergraduate degree in 1973 from The University of Texas at Austin. He then attended The University of Houston and was awarded his doctorate of optometry in 1977. He joined Dr. James Crawford at his practice in Sulphur Springs in 1977. Starting in 2005, he split his time between his practice in Sulphur Springs and The Dallas Ophthalmology Center. For several years, Dr. Bryant was an examiner for The National Board of Examiners of Optometry. He is board-certified and a diplomat of The American Board of Optometry.
Dr. Bryant is a native of Tyler, TX, graduating from John Tyler High School and Tyler Junior College. In his personal time, he enjoys tennis and spending quality time with his daughters, and six grandchildren.
